What materials can be used for custom chains? +
We manufacture custom chains in a wide range of materials including stainless steel (304 and 316L), brass, aluminum, iron, zinc alloy, titanium, and specialty alloys. The choice of material depends on your intended application, desired aesthetic, budget, and performance requirements.
能否做颜色匹配？ +

What is the sampling process? +
Our sampling process begins with a design review, prototype tooling, and initial samples which typically takes 2-4 weeks. We offer up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost.
What is your typical lead time for mass production? +
Standard mass production lead time is 4–6 weeks from golden sample approval and deposit confirmation. This covers tooling preparation, raw material procurement, forming, welding, surface finishing, final inspection, and packaging. Rush orders can be accommodated within 2–3 weeks subject to production slot availability and a rush surcharge.
What is the best Cuban chain size for everyday wear? +
For everyday wear, a 5mm to 7mm Cuban chain at 20" to 22" length is the most recommended combination. This size range is substantial enough to look intentional but light enough to wear comfortably from morning to night.

Quality & Testing

What quality tests do you perform? +
We perform comprehensive quality testing including tensile strength testing, salt spray corrosion testing (ASTM B117), plating thickness measurement via XRF, and multi-stage visual inspection.
Do you provide material certificates? +
Yes, we provide full material certification including mill test certificates (MTC), Certificate of Analysis (COA), and Certificate of Conformance (COC). Third-party testing from SGS, Intertek available.

Shipping & Logistics

Do you ship to the United States? +
Yes, the United States is one of our primary markets. We ship regularly to all 50 states and have extensive experience with U.S. customs clearance and logistics coordination.
What are the shipping options? +
We offer express air freight (3-5 days), standard air freight (5-8 days), sea freight (25-35 days). We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and leading freight forwarders.

How is pricing determined? +
Pricing is based on raw material cost, manufacturing complexity, order volume, finishing requirements, and packaging. Larger volumes benefit from economies of scale.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

Minimum Order Quantities

Standard materials (stainless steel, brass): MOQ starts at 500 meters. Specialty alloys: 1,000 meters. Prototyping runs of 50–100 meters are available for design validation before full production.

Production Lead Times

Standard orders (500–2,000m): 4–6 weeks. Custom tooling projects: 6–8 weeks. Rush production is available for time-sensitive projects at an additional fee with a confirmed delivery schedule.

Payment Terms

Standard terms: 30% deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Net 30 terms available for established clients. All prices are quoted and invoiced in USD for clarity.

Quality Guarantees

All products undergo multi-stage inspection with documented results. Full material certification and traceability documentation are provided with every production order at no extra cost.

Compliance Standards

All standard materials and processes are REACH, RoHS, and California Proposition 65 compliant. SVHC declarations and full regulatory documentation are provided with every order.

Shipping & Insurance

All shipments are fully insured. Options include express air (3–5 days), standard air (5–8 days), and sea freight (25–35 days). Real-time tracking is provided for every shipment.
