OEM/ODM MANUFACTURING

OEM & ODM Manufacturing Models

Two flexible manufacturing models designed to meet your brand requirements, from full-spec OEM production to collaborative ODM development.

DESIGN ENGINEERING

Design Engineering Process

Our engineering team translates your concept, drawing, or reference sample into a production-ready specification with full technical documentation.

01

Specification Review

Technical drawing review, feasibility analysis, and material selection. We assess your requirements against manufacturing capabilities and provide a feasibility report.

02

CAD Modeling & DFM

3D CAD modeling, link geometry optimization, and design-for-manufacturing analysis to ensure the chain is producible at target cost and quality.

03

Specification Documentation

Complete technical specification package including dimensions, tolerances, material grade, finish, and testing requirements for production sign-off.

SAMPLING & PROTOTYPING

Sampling & Prototyping

Iterative sampling from first prototype to golden sample approval. Each stage is documented with technical feedback to keep your project on track.

01

First Prototype

Initial sample from existing tooling or rapid prototype tooling. Validates basic link geometry, material, and finish direction.

02

Engineering Sample

Refined sample with updated dimensions, finish, and end fittings. Includes dimensional report and basic testing feedback.

04

Golden Sample Approval

Signed-off golden sample retained as the production reference standard. All future production batches are inspected against this reference.

FORMING / STAMPING

Forming & Stamping

High-speed automatic forming and precision stamping produce chain components with tight dimensional tolerances under CNC control.

Automatic Chain Forming

Programmable forming machines shape wire into links with controlled pitch, inner width, and geometry for consistent high-volume production.

  • CNC-controlled link geometry
  • Wire feed automation
  • Real-time dimensional monitoring
  • Quick changeover for link sizes

Precision Stamping

Progressive die stamping for chain components, end fittings, and decorative elements with tight tolerances and repeatable quality.

  • Progressive die tooling
  • Multi-station stamping
  • In-die sensors for quality control
  • Burrs and flash controlled to spec

WELDING / SOLDERING

Welding & Soldering

Precision joining technologies ensure link integrity. Every weld seam is vision-inspected for structural soundness.

ELECTROPLATING / PVD

Electroplating & PVD Coating

Multi-stage surface finishing from polishing through PVD coating. Achieve consistent color, thickness, and corrosion resistance at scale.

MANUFACTURING FAQs

Manufacturing FAQs

Common questions about our manufacturing capabilities, processes, lead times, and quality control.

What is your typical lead time for mass production?+
Standard mass production lead time is 4–6 weeks from golden sample approval and deposit confirmation. This covers tooling preparation, raw material procurement, forming, welding, surface finishing, final inspection, and packaging. Rush orders can be accommodated within 2–3 weeks subject to production slot availability and a rush surcharge.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on chain type, material, and complexity. Standard chains typically start from 500 meters, while custom OEM/ODM designs usually require 1,000 meters minimum to justify tooling setup. Sample orders and prototype runs are handled separately through our sampling workflow — please contact us for MOQ details specific to your project.
Do you offer OEM and ODM manufacturing?+
Yes. We offer both OEM manufacturing — producing chains precisely to your drawings, samples, and specifications — and ODM manufacturing, where our engineering team collaborates with you to refine your concept into a production-ready specification. Both models include full technical documentation, in-process QC, and lot-based traceability.
What surface finishing options are available?+
We offer a comprehensive range of surface finishes including electroplating (gold, silver, nickel, copper, rhodium) with thickness from 0.5 to 10 microns, and PVD coating (IP gold, IP rose gold, IP gunmetal, IP black) from 0.3 to 3.0 microns. All plating is RoHS-compliant with XRF thickness verification per batch.
How do you ensure consistent quality across production batches?+
Quality consistency is maintained through a signed-off golden sample reference, in-process QC checks at each production stage, automated vision inspection of weld seams, XRF thickness verification for plating, and 100% pre-shipment inspection. Every batch is inspected against the approved golden sample and accompanied by a certificate of conformance.
Can you produce chains from custom drawings or reference samples?+
Yes. Our engineering team translates your technical drawing, sketch, or physical reference sample into a production-ready specification. The process includes feasibility analysis, CAD modeling, design-for-manufacturing review, and iterative sampling from first prototype through golden sample approval before mass production begins.
What is your monthly production capacity?+
Our facility runs 12 production lines with a combined output of over 5 million chain links per month, supporting order volumes from 500 meters up to 50,000+ meters. On-time delivery rate is consistently above 99.2%, with capacity flexibility to scale up for high-volume programs.
How long does the sampling and prototyping process take?+
Sampling typically takes 2–4 weeks across four stages: first prototype (validates geometry and material), engineering sample (refined dimensions and finish), pre-production sample (produced on production tooling), and golden sample approval (locked reference standard). Each stage includes technical feedback and a dimensional report.
