BATCH TRACEABILITY

End-to-End Traceability System

Every Aurelink chain is fully traceable from raw material to finished product. Our batch traceability system provides complete visibility into the production journey of your order.

1

Raw Material Receipt

Each incoming material lot is assigned a unique receiving code. Mill certificates are verified against purchase specifications. Material samples are taken for in-house chemical analysis verification before acceptance into inventory.

Receiving CodeMill CertificateChemical Verification
2

Production Batch Assignment

When a production order is released, materials are issued from inventory with full lot tracking. Each production batch receives a unique batch number that links back to the raw material receiving codes.

Batch NumberMaterial Lot LinkWork Order Release
3

In-Process Quality Checks

At defined control points throughout production, quality data is recorded against the batch number. This includes dimensional checks, weld inspection, plating thickness measurement, and visual inspection results.

4

Final Inspection & Testing

Completed batches undergo final inspection including tensile testing, salt spray testing, and coating thickness verification. All test results are linked to the batch number and stored in our quality database.

5

Packaging & Shipment

Each shipment is labelled with the batch number and includes all relevant quality documentation. The batch number provides a permanent link back through the entire production chain, enabling full traceability for years after delivery.

Batch LabelDocumentation PackagePermanent Record

Aurelink retains all quality records for a minimum of 5 years. If a quality concern arises, we can trace back to the exact raw material lot, production date, machine line, operator, and all inspection results within hours — not days. This rapid traceability capability is one of the key advantages of our vertically integrated production model.
